Justin DiLauro, BSE, JD, CMQ/OE, Partner

Justin is an avid advocate of client-value focused consulting, and using his background as an engineer, attorney, and Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), he is always seeking to understand the specific needs of CPA Firms and their business clients, so as to tailor more effective service offerings to them.

Based in Houston, Texas, Justin has supported hundreds of CPA Firms and their business clients in capturing specialty tax credits and incentives. An avid advocate of client-value focused consulting, his expertise lies in R&D Tax Credits, Domestic Production Activities Deductions (199), Construction/Energy Incentives (179D &45L), Lean and Six Sigma, and quality management.


Justin received his B.S.E, Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, and his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.


When he is not consulting his clients, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and sons at Houston-area parks and museums, or playing a round of golf.  He is also actively involved as a volunteer for Christ Church Cathedral in downtown Houston.

Kevin Sullivan, P.E., LEED AP BD+C, Partner

Kevin is the Director of Real Estate & Construction Tax Incentives at BRAYN. His mission is to leverage his 10 years of experience in the design and construction industry to help CPA’s and their clients take full advantage of all federal and state tax incentives, credits, and deductions available to them. He is an award winning expert on sustainable design and construction, and licensed as a Professional Engineer in over 30 states. 

Many business owners are unaware of the numerous incentives that are available to them. Through awareness and education, Kevin has helped hundreds of commercial and residential developers, building owners, and architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) companies benefit from 179D Energy Efficient Commercial Building tax deductions, R&D tax credits, Cost Segregation, 45L Energy Efficient Residential tax credits, 199 DPAD, Fuel Excise tax recovery, and other incentives.


Kevin currently serves on the board of the Bayou Land Conservancy, a community-sponsored land preservation organization working to permanently protect land in the greater Houston area. He and his wife recently traveled to 30 countries in 300 days, including a month long stint in India where they both became yoga instructors.

Jared Greathouse, BA, JD, Director

Jared Greathouse joined BRAYN in 2015 as an Austin-area Director. After obtaining his BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, Jared obtained his Juris Doctorate from University of Miami School of Law. Jared is responsible for business development, project management and CPE training the greater Austin and Dallas areas. In working with CPA Firms that service businesses in the manufacturing, architecture, engineering, construction, software, energy, oil & gas, and high technology industries, Jared aids CPA firms and clients identify, qualify, quantify, and document various government-sponsored tax credits and incentives, ranging from providing turnkey tax incentive studies to consulting them on their own internal capabilities, including the use of BRAYNWARE software solutions.


Jared is also active in giving back to the community as General Counsel at a charitable life Financial, where he aids in assisting those in need of organ transplants. Jared spends his free time with his wife and son or taking in the Texas hill country on his motorcycle.  You can also find him devoting time to local charities where he serves as a board member for the Seedling Foundation and AGE of Central Texas.

Geoff Garber, BS, JD, Partner

Geoff is a licensed patent attorney and joined BRAYN Consulting LLC after spending the last two years at Deloitte Tax. During his Big-4 tenure, Geoff served clients in Deloitte Tax’s Multistate Excise Tax practice, where he managed engagements for several Fortune 500 clients. Geoff’s excise practice focused on state and federal motor fuel tax refunds and compliance, with a specialty in alternative fuels research, reporting, and incentives. Additionally, Geoff has experience in R&D Tax Incentives, having conducted countless R&D Tax Credit studies in the engineering, chemical, electrical, manufacturing, and construction industries.


After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin, Geoff went on to study law with a strong emphasis in intellectual property at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and is a registered Patent Attorney, allowing him to represent clients during the patent prosecution process in front of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.


In his free time, Geoff loves spending time with his family, watching sports, fishing, and dreading the death of his favorite Game of Thrones characters. 

Jessie Warme, Aide-de-Camp

​Jessie Warme joined BRAYN after two years in economic and business development and administration in both Los Angeles and San Diego. She also graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a BA in International Studies. As a BRAYNiac, she uses her breadth of experience in business development and a dynamic set of skills in administration, data analysis, and event planning to help BRAYN provide the best service to its clients. 


When Jessie is not helping clients or setting up CPE trainings, she loves to travel with her fiancé, hike the Los Angeles hills with her dog, and learn new languages (she is currently working on Portuguese).   


Yong Jeon, JD, LLM, Partner

Yong joined BRAYN Consulting LLC after nearly 8 years of tax consulting experience at Big-4, both at Deloitte Tax and PwC. He heads up BRAYN’s Northern California practice. At Big-4, Yong spent a majority of his time in the Research and Development (R&D) Tax Incentive practice, where he led engagements for several Fortune 500 clients. He also worked at McKesson for 5 years on various projects, including implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the in-house R&D Tax Credit process.


Yong’s industry expertise is focused on the computer science and software arena, and he has significant experience in Tax Controversy. In addition to his BA and JD, Yong holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University.


Outside of the office, Yong enjoys bicycling, lacrosse, traveling, watching foreign films, and is an avid reader of history and science fiction.

​​Brady Bryan, CEO

Brady founded BRAYN Consulting LLC in early 2010. Through vision and heavy investment into technology and infrastructure, he has made BRAYN a sleek, technology-driven, quality-focused organization that brings optimal value to clients.


Brady is a staunch advocate of adding value to clients through both tax credits and incentives, as well as supporting businesses in continuous process and quality improvement initiatives. This passion stems from his quality management and consulting background. Prior to founding BRAYN Consulting, Brady worked for several years in Deloitte Tax's National R&D Tax Credit and Incentives practice. Before his tax consulting career, Brady worked for nearly 10 years in the manufacturing industry. As a result, BRAYN is committed to hiring BRAYNiacs with real-world industry experience to provide optimal value to clients.


He obtained his Juris Doctorate (JD) from Southwestern Law School, and his BBA in Management from Sam Houston State University.

Charles Foreman, BS, Associate

​Charles Foreman joined BRAYN's Los Angeles office in 2017 after nearly three years at Deloitte's R&D tax credit practice and two years in general tax compliance. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting after serving four years as a combat Marine, including a tour in Iraq. At BRAYN, he helps our clients take advantage of the R&D tax credit as well as other specialty tax incentives.


Charles spends his free time going on adventures with his wife and two wonderful children, reading biographies, and hiking throughout Southern California.
